Day 2 is starting off as a whole new world.

I have been "juicing" my meals now for twice a day and eating a family dinner (my husband is not into the "juicing" for food idea). I just made myself breakfast and now I am content and alert, however "slightly" hungry...or dehydrated is more likely.
Today's Breakfast started off better as I followed a recipe and added some celery-it was getting ready to go south as well

2C Spinach
1C Tomato's (I will try more next time as I found wanting more, but you can do "to taste")
2 Celery stalks (again more would be up to you but would be yummy)
*toss in BLENDER and twirl that shit up and down the hatch*

**I use a blender over a juicier as I have spent plenty of money trying to loose weight and I will be damned if I have to go buy a juicer when my blender does the SAME THING and it keeps all the healthy fiber packed pulp that I like in my diet :) but again this is your personal choice.

 
Day 1 was HORRIBLE as I thought to myself, "shit its all veggies I can just blend them all up and chug!"....ya...NO! Bad start.
I just opened up my fridge and tossed in: 1C Cabbage, 2C spinach, 1/2C blueberries and 2 strawberries...its what I had in the kitchen that needed to be used...I think it would have been better minus the cabbage, it was way to strong and spicy (not to mention the killer cabbage toots). It was so hard to "chug" or even think "what have I created!?!?" and "Theres no way Im doing this for 2 of my meals everyday"

I was FULL of energy all day and had NO migraines                   I ate pizza for dinner and my migraine returned with vengeance
