This ia a calorie intake tool I found online, it is kinda cool I think. I should be eating 1900 calories a day...eeek!
Time to get back on track, I fell off the wagon, ate carbs and gained back the lost weight and I feel slow, tired and fat...which without carbs I didnt feel this way.
Now that school has started backup I will have less video game and eatting time since that has been filled with online groups
