In my current job there is a lot of stress on my shoulders but I'd like to think I manage it well for never done a supervisory/management position before (unless you count the military which is a bit different.). I had a medical issue, which still occurs, so I had to take a break from working out, which caused me to forget my diet as I tried to find things I would eat without getting sick. SOOO I have gained my weight back. Its sad but true. My clothes are tighter, my attitude has changed and I am mad at myself for slipping backwards.
