I completed my 2day diet buster with ease however now I am sick with a chest and head cold that has been going around and my Aunt Flo came over aswell so I am afraid to go weigh, altho SlimJim did call today.
My Friend Mike is down almost 15 pounds after 2 weeks, I am 1month ino this and am getting no such thing. I am starting to think that MAYBE this diet is ment for those that have a GUT as I do not have a gut.
We shall see i guess...not looking promising tho...
